Our office signed up for EFT & ERAs in 2022 with Dentrix and ChangeHealthcare.  ERA, Dentrix refers to them as eEOB  (electronic EOB), saved our office several hours a day and greatly decreased the time it took to receive payment vs mailed checks and virtual credit cards (not to mention speeding up cash flow). It was a great service until ChangeHealthcare was disrupted, which stopped the flow of ERAs to Dentrix in February.  It left us looking at our bank account deposits daily to determine where we needed to go and retrieve EOBs as insurance companies continued sending EFTs for our claims.  We knew where to find most of the associated EOBs, but some were a mystery.  We’ve now been able to track all the locations down where you can find the EOBs online and which site they are on.
